Spice Up Fish Recipe | African dinner recipe
Africans are very much 'a little bit of this and that' with their spicing. We buy a whole fish or more, throw a little spice on them, and then cook!
For Spice Up Fish:
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Maggie's Spice Up Fish, plus half a teaspoon of salt to 15ml of lemon juice and rub all over four pieces of fish.
- Place in an oven dish and cover with foil.
- Bake at 160 C for 15 minutes. Serve hot with a generous salad!
