Rub generously onto meat, then add to your BBQ or coal fire. You do not have to wait to do this outdoors, indoor steaks can be grilled on a griddle or in the oven and enjoyed all year round!

Ingredients: Sea salt, Black pepper, Chillies, Sugar, Ginger, Dried Onions, Cumin.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use within 12 months
