Spice Up Chicken
Molly was in her 70s and had invited me, the new member, for a meal. While I was there, she took the packaging off a whole chicken in preparation for making me the famous British roast with two veg. She placed the chicken on a roasting pan and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Imagine my horror as an African-raised girl who never cooked anything without adding at least salt and two other spices.
So, Molly inspired me to develop an all-in-one Spice Up Chicken rub with garlic, that SO loves chicken.
