Makes 2 portions/4 pancakes

Filling:

  • 100g/4 oz white fish
  • 100g/4 oz smoked fish
  • 100g/4 oz peeled prawns
  • 1 tin tuna fish (drained)
  • 50g/ 2 oz grated cheese
  • 1 small carton soya cream or double cream

    4 savoury pancakes/ Staffordshire Oatcakes/pitta breads/wraps, etc
    A few drops fish sauce or anchovy essence
