Ingredients
Makes 2 portions/4 pancakes
Filling:
- 100g/4 oz white fish
- 100g/4 oz smoked fish
- 100g/4 oz peeled prawns
- 1 tin tuna fish (drained)
- 50g/ 2 oz grated cheese
- 1 small carton soya cream or double cream
4 savoury pancakes/ Staffordshire Oatcakes/pitta breads/wraps, etc
A few drops fish sauce or anchovy essence
